Capturing this scene during the golden hour was a fantastic choice. The low, warm sun creates beautiful highlights on the waves, a glow on the cliff face, and soft reflections on the wet sand, giving the whole image a wonderful mood.
Placing the horizon line high in the frame was a great decision. By dedicating roughly two-thirds of the photo to the beach and water, you've rightly emphasized the interesting textures and wave action in the foreground.
You've created a good sense of depth by including elements in the foreground (rocks), mid-ground (waves), and background (cliff). This layering helps to pull the viewer into the scene and makes it feel more three-dimensional.

The rocks at the very bottom edge of the frame are a little distracting because they are cut off. Try taking a step forward or changing your elevation to either remove them completely for a cleaner entry into the photo, or to include more of them so they become a deliberate anchor for the foreground.
The shoreline and the line of foam from the waves create a natural curve. By moving just a little bit left or right, you could experiment with enhancing this curve to make it an even stronger leading line that sweeps the eye from the bottom left corner toward the sunlit cliff on the right.
You’ll notice some critiques lean toward strengths to repeat, others toward changes to try. That’s intentional — when a photo is working, the most useful thing is to know what to keep doing; when there’s room to grow, it’s the one change with the biggest impact.
